Museums are very important areas for societies and it is known that museums play an important role in the formation and dissemination of cultures. With the concept of "museum education and museology" which started after the 1990s in our country, the field of museology has become the concept of effective learning. Especially in the 2000s, with the increase in museums and the diversity of museums, competition between private museums and museums has been created and the demand for museum education has started to increase. With the discovery of archaeological sites in our country as in the world, it has become a primary target to recognize and evaluate cultural heritage and art accumulation and transfer it to future generations in healthy ways. The Dardanelles (Canakkale), which is a bridge between Asia and Europe, has hosted important cultures for centuries and is home to the heritage, which remains dominated by different communities and is very rich in both architecture and everyday life; owned by the owner. Accordingly, our department established in our university is a candidate to be one of the important education centers on behalf of all potential areas in the region, especially The Dardanelles (Canakkale).
